My stay here was amazing. I arrived from Michigan very early in the morning. My reservation was messed up it was ice storm in route to the area. Me and my family was so upset. The front desk ladies really understood and was helpful. Because we made the reservation through 3rd party. But they did not turn us away they made it work. The was a great experience and the customer service was awesome. I wish more companies would hire people people like this and not people that dont understand life...

Excellent customer service front desk, and the young man taking care of the breakfast area. Recently renovated. Rooms are clean. Bed was very comfortable. The shower worked super! 10 out of a 10 foot this place!

I loved the girl at the desk that check me in! She was so sweet, kind and very helpful. Loved having access to coffee 24 hrs a day and the cookies were a good hold over until breakfast the next morning at the hotel Breakfast was also very good. The room was very clean and nice. Check out was a breeze. Great stay, great place.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Hotel is clean and well maintained.

Very clean and well-maintained. Easy access to interstate and restsurants. Staff was friendly. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it. 5 stars.

We were attending a friends oarty and had no idea of the area. The gentleman at the desk, made us hand written directions to the venue. As we left hotel to go, he was waiting for us to share the directions. Very nice.

After reading a few of the other reviews, I was concerned at first to make reservations here. How could there be so many great reviews and then such awful ones as well? After staying at this hotel, I can only surmise that those who posted negative reports had grudges of some sort. From the moment we arrived, we were met with friendly, knowledgable staff members who seemed genuinely pleased to have us there. Our room was very nice; clean, well maintained and all lights, A/C, etc in good...

Good staff, good coffee, comfortable room and nice location.

When I first arrived a Mr. Patel was on duty at the front desk and was very kind and had a grand smile on his face, he told me where my room was located, ice machine and vending machine location. He told me once I reached my room if I needed anything to let them know. The breakfast of coffee, orange juice, fresh dough nuts, cereals, fresh COLD milk, or awesome fresh fruit danishes was great for a quick bite before business. I will definitely recommend this motel to all of the Nazarenes for...

We were very impressed with the service, cleanliness, and TWO meals! Food Service staff was incredibly attentive. This visit will cause us to look into Drury Inns from now on! EXCELLENT expereince!

Quiet, clean, and convenient.

Awesome stay. Only problem we had was the included breakfast was not particularly good.

A quick getaway for us and enjoyed our stay. Location was perfect for daily excursions

The staff was very kind and the room was very clean. I liked that the rooms had laminate hardwood flooring and not carpet.

Very nice customer service personnel Room super clean and fresh with the air conditioner at a comfortable temperature to come I and to be able to relax and rest after a day of driving for 12 hours

Great place to stay

Hotel and room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and polite.

We stopped at Tru on our way to West Virginia. It was a great hotel. Everything was clean and very kid friendly.
